Exchange Brakes are competitively priced and supplied in zero time overhauled condition. Our customer will be expected to return a run out core in a timely manner to receive core credit. The agreed upon Exchange Price will be the only customer cost if an Acceptable Core is returned. Returned cores will be inspected upon receipt and customer advised of any CORE found to be Unacceptable with a list of parts which require additional billing. Service personnel will be available to explain exactly what the problems are and can return all rejected parts if requested. Examples of Unacceptable CORES which will generate Additional Billing are:

Brakes that have been exposed to excess heat, fire, or involved in an accident.

Brakes that have been submerged in salt water

Brakes which have missing and/or un-approved parts

Brakes with damage to Major Frame Items, i.e.: Housing, Pressure Plate, Stators, Torque Tube, and Backing Plate.
